Ingredients

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small pkg. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 to 4 bananas

Directions

    Mix thoroughly the flour, margarine, 2 tablespoons sugar and nuts.

    Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until brown.

    Cool.

    Beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread on cooled crust.

    Slice bananas on top of cream cheese layer.

    Beat the pudding mix and 3 cups milk until thick; spread over layer of bananas.

    Cover with remaining Cool Whip.

    Chill.

    Top may be sprinkled with chopped nuts, if desired.
