- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 c. low-fat milk
- 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tsp. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- garnish with sliced bananas dipped in candy sprinkles
Directions

1Thaw bananas slightly at room temperature, 5 to 10 minutes; cut into pieces.

2Place milk, milk powder, brown sugar and vanilla extract in blender.

3With blender on low speed, add frozen banana pieces, processing until fruit begins to blend into mixture.

4Increase speed to high and process until smooth.

5Makes 3 cups.

6One cup serving equals 165 calories; 2 grams fat, 1 mg. cholesterol and 1/2 serving of fruit.
