Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pecan Halves
  • 1 Tablespoon Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Roast the pecans on a baking sheet for about 12 minutes, stirring at half way.

    Watch closely so they dont burn.

    In the meantime, mix all remaining ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl.

    Transfer warm pecans from sheet into a large bowl.

    Add in olive oil and stir to coat nuts.

    Then sprinkle on seasoning and stir again.

    Allow to cool completely then store in an air tight container.
