Banana Nut Bread

- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 small bags chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Directions

1In large bowl, mash bananas.

2Add eggs, salt and vanilla.

3Add melted and cooled butter.

4Blend well.

5Add sugar.

6Stir in flour. Blend well.

7Add nuts.
-
8Mix well; pour in 3 (8 x 4-inch) pans, greased and lightly floured.

9Add mixture.

10Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

11Remove from oven.

12Allow to cool.

13Turn each bread onto foil; wrap.

14Keep refrigerated until used.
