- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 3 to 4 bananas
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. walnuts, crushed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease pan.

3Mash bananas in small bowl.

4In large bowl add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

5Mix well, but do not beat.

6Add walnuts and mix.

7Pour into round pan that has chimney.

8Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until top browns.

9Allow to cool before removing from pan.

10Store in refrigerator.
