  • 1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding in the cake mix)
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and vanilla together. Cut bananas in small slices.

    Add banana and blend until well mixed.

    Add pecans.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
