- 2 small bananas
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant banana cream pudding (4 oz.)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Slice bananas into large mixing bowl.

2Beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients.

3Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for two minutes.

4Pour into a well-greased 10-inch round tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.

6Cool in pan at least 15 minutes.

7Remove from pan.

8Cool.

9Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
