Banana Pudding With Peanuts

  • 2 boxes (3.4 Oz. Box) Instant Vanilla Pudding (I Use Sugar Free)
  • 4 cups Fat Free Milk
  • 2 whole Bananas, Sliced
  • 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Dry Roasted, Salted Peanuts

Directions

    Using a meat grinder, grind peanuts into a large bowl. Set aside.

    Slice bananas. Set aside.

    Make the pudding according to package directions.

    Layer 1/4 of the ground peanuts, 1/4 of the sliced bananas, and 1/4 of the pudding into a pretty glass bowl. Repeat layers.

    Top with any remaining ground peanuts.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
