Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix melted margarine and graham crackers together and spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat powdered sugar, butter and vanilla for 10 minutes (important).

    Add eggs and continue to beat until well blended.

    Pour over graham crackers.

    Slice bananas in halves and place on top of sugar mixture, then add crushed pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top and garnish with chopped nuts.

    Chill for 4 hours.
