Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. softened margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 large bananas
  • 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, sliced
  • 2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix margarine, sugar and graham crackers.

    Reserve 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top.

    Press in an oblong cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.

    Mix cream cheese and sugar to a paste and spread over crust.

    Slice bananas and spread them; add drained pineapple. Cover with whipped topping.

    Sprinkle with graham cracker mix, pecans and cherries.

    May delete cherries.
