  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks margarine or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • pecans
  • cherries

Directions

    Mix cracker crumbs with 1 stick margarine.

    Spread into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Beat eggs, confectioners sugar and 2 sticks margarine in mixer bowl about 15 minutes.

    Pour over crust.

    Slice bananas. Drain pineapple and pour small amount of pineapple juice over bananas.

    Add pineapple.

    Spread with Cool Whip.

    Garnish with pecans and cherries.

    Refrigerate overnight.
