Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and sweetened with 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 pt. sliced strawberries
  • 2 c. whipping cream, whipped with 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Combine sugar, 1 stick melted oleo and graham cracker crumbs; mix well.

    Line a 9 x 12-inch dish with crumbs.

    Combine 2 sticks oleo, extract and powdered sugar; beat with electric mixer for 15 minutes on medium speed.

    Pour over crumbs.

    Layer remaining ingredients, in order, over filling.

    Garnish top with strawberries.

    Refrigerate for several hours.
