  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large container Cool Whip heavy cream
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • chopped walnuts
  • cherries

Directions

    Spread graham cracker crumbs and butter mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Combine 1/2 cup butter, eggs, vanilla and confectioners sugar; beat until fluffy and custard like.

    Spread over graham cracker mixture.

    Spread bananas and drained pineapple.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with walnuts and cherries.

    Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
