Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt 1 stick oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add cracker crumbs. Mix and pat over bottom of pan.

    Mix sugar, eggs and 2 sticks oleo and beat for 15 minutes.

    Pour over crust.

    Slice bananas and arrange on top of filling. Top with pineapple.

    Spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple.

    Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
