Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 3 bananas, split lengthwise
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 qt. carton whipped dairy topping
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix together 1 stick margarine (melted), 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla wafer crumbs.

    Press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Beat together egg whites, margarine and remaining powdered sugar for 10 minutes and spread over first layer.

    Lay bananas on top of second layer.

    Cover with pineapple.

    Spread dairy topping over this.

    Sprinkle with nuts.

    Freeze.
