  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 3 sticks oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 bananas (not too ripe)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small jar cherries
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

    Melt 1 1/2 sticks oleo and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan for crust.

    Mix rest of oleo, eggs and sugar together; beat 5 minutes (important).

    Spread over crust. Place drained pineapple on next; slice bananas on top next.

    Spoon whipped topping on bananas and spread evenly.

    Sprinkle nuts on top and place 1/2 cherry on each serving piece.

    Chill 5 hours or overnight.
