Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • chocolate syrup, nuts and maraschino cherries
  • at least 5 large bananas

Directions

    Mix thoroughly and press in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan the graham crackers and 1 stick margarine.

    Then layer over graham cracker crust as follows:

    layer of sliced bananas, layer pineapple, then Cool Whip.

    Garnish with chocolate syrup, nuts and maraschino cherries.

    Refrigerate at least 8 hours or longer before serving.
