Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks oleo
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • nuts
  • cherries

Directions

    Melt 1 stick butter; mix well with graham cracker crumbs. Mash in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Slice bananas and soak in pineapple juice for 5 minutes.

    Mix 2 sticks of butter, powdered sugar and eggs.

    Beat for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Layer bananas, 1/2 sugar mixture, drained pineapple, 1/2 sugar mixture and Cool Whip. Top with nuts and cherries.
