Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 c. graham crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 3 or 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts or coconut
  • 1/3 c. chopped cherries

Directions

    Mix 1/2 cup melted margarine and graham crackers.

    Pat into a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Beat eggs, powdered sugar and margarine with an electric mixer, no less than 15 minutes.

    Spread over graham cracker crust.

    Cover with bananas and pineapple.

    Top with whipped topping.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut and chopped cherries.

    Refrigerate overnight.
