  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 4 to 5 bananas
  • Hershey's syrup
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Beat confectioners sugar, eggs and butter for 5 minutes.

    Pat over graham cracker mix.

    Place drained crushed pineapple over sugar mixture.

    Cut bananas lengthwise and place on top of pineapple.

    Drizzle Hershey's syrup over bananas and cover with whipped cream.

    Refrigerate uncovered at least 24 hours.
