Banana Split Cake

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. graham crackers, crumbled
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs.

    Press into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan or Pyrex dish.

    Whip 3 packages of cream cheese, which have been softened with 2 cups sugar.

    Spread over graham cracker mixture.

    Slice bananas and place over cream cheese mixture.

    Spread medium can of crushed, drained pineapple over bananas.

    Thaw 12 ounces Cool Whip and spread over pineapple. Sprinkle nuts and cherries over top.
