  • 1 large pkg. sugar-free vanilla or banana pudding (made with skim milk and let sit in refrigerator for 5 minutes)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 can drained, crushed pineapple
  • coconut

Directions

    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish with crackers.

    Pour pudding over crackers.

    Spread sliced bananas over pudding.
