Banana Split Cake

  • 6 bananas
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 box 10x sugar
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. nuts (walnuts are best)
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries

    Melt 1 stick margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Add graham cracker crumbs to make a crust.

    Place in freezer.

    Beat the cream cheese, margarine, eggs and sugar.

    Spread over crust.

    Slice bananas over mixture; drain pineapple and pour over bananas. Cover with Cool Whip, nuts and maraschino cherries.

    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
