- 2 c. skim milk
- 12 (2 1/2-inch) sq. cinnamon or chocolate graham crackers
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. lite whipped topping
- 1 c. strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (packed in juice), well drained
- 1/4 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix pudding with milk and set aside.
