- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 bananas
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen, whipped dessert topping, thawed
- semi-sweet chocolate morsels, chopped nuts, maraschino cherries (use as toppings, optional)
Directions

1In mixing bowl, toss together the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter.

2Press crumb mixture into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3In a small mixing bowl, beat the remaining 1/2 cup of butter, about 30 seconds, until softened.

4Add powdered sugar, beat until fluffy.

5Beat in eggs.

6Spread mixture over crumb mixture.

7Slice bananas lengthwise into halves and arrange over egg mixture.

8Spoon pineapple over bananas.
