- graham cracker crumbs
- 2 or 3 bananas
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with cracker crumbs.

2Reserve one cup for later.

3Slice bananas into rounds and layer over crust.

4Slice ice cream into one inch thick slices and place over bananas.

5Sprinkle nuts on ice cream.

6Freeze until firm.

7Melt chocolate chips and butter.

8Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk.

9Cook until thick stirring constantly.

10Remove from heat; add vanilla.

11Cool.

12Pour over ice cream and freeze until firm. Whip cream stiff.

13Spread over chocolate layer and top with crumbs.

14Store in freezer.

15Remove 10 minutes before serving.
