  • 5 c. water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. small pearl tapioca
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. pineapple tidbits
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Boil water and salt.

    Add tapioca.

    Boil, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes or until clear.

    Add sugar and Jell-O.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Cool overnight.

    Next day, add pineapple and Cool Whip.

    Stir well to mix.
