  • 1 12 ounces sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups fat free skim milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 14 cup 100% strawberry fruit spread
  • 14 cup frozen lite whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 maraschinio cherries

    In a mixing bowl, combine pudding and milk, then beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended (about 1-2 minutes).

    Layer 1/4 cup pudding in each of 4 parfait glasses.

    Let stand 5 minutes, then top each with 1/4 of banana slices, 1/4 of pineapple, 1 tablespoon strawberry fruit spread, and another 1/4 cup pudding.
