Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. hamburger (lean)
  • 1 c. onion, sliced
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 c. sliced fresh carrots
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (1 lb.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 c. macaroni

Directions

    Brown hamburger with onions.

    Drain any liquid.

    Add 1 cup flour and 2 quarts water.

    Add rest of ingredients in order.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Simmer until vegetables are done then cover and cook on very low heat, 2 to 3 hours.
