- 2 lbs. hamburger (lean)
- 1 c. onion, sliced
- 1 c. flour
- 2 qt. water
- 1 c. sliced fresh carrots
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (1 lb.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 c. macaroni
Directions

1Brown hamburger with onions.

2Drain any liquid.

3Add 1 cup flour and 2 quarts water.

4Add rest of ingredients in order.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Simmer until vegetables are done then cover and cook on very low heat, 2 to 3 hours.
