  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • 1 baked pie shell, cooled
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
  • whipped cream
  • cherries
  • additional nuts

Directions

    Cook undrained pineapple, flour and sugar until thickened. Cool.

    Slice bananas in pie shell.

    Spread nuts on top.

    Fill with cooled mixture.

    Garnish with whipped cream, cherries and nuts.
