- 4 bananas
- 60 ml low-fat yogurt
- 4 tablespoons granola cereal
Directions

1Peel bananas and halve.

2Insert icecream stick in cut end of each piece, to make a handle.

3Holding by stick, dip into yoghurt (I cheat and dip it into the tub rather than try to coat it with the small amount), cover completely to exclude air, allow to drain away slightly then roll in granola lightly.

4Place on tray covered with foil or cling and freeze immediately in coldest part of freezer.
