  • 4 bananas
  • 60 ml low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons granola cereal

    Peel bananas and halve.

    Insert icecream stick in cut end of each piece, to make a handle.

    Holding by stick, dip into yoghurt (I cheat and dip it into the tub rather than try to coat it with the small amount), cover completely to exclude air, allow to drain away slightly then roll in granola lightly.

    Place on tray covered with foil or cling and freeze immediately in coldest part of freezer.

    Yum!
