- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 level tsp. butter or oleo
- 4 or 5 bananas
- peanuts, chopped (whatever amount you want)
Directions

1Beat egg; add sugar, vinegar and water.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

3Remove from heat; add butter or oleo and mix well.

4Put the pan right into the refrigerator and cool.

5When ready to serve, slice each banana into half, then each half into a half.

6Place these quarters into a flat dish, cut side up; pour cooked dressing over them and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
