  • 6 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz.) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise Or Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasonings
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Directions

    Roll chicken breasts up and secure with a toothpick.

    Place chicken seam side down in an 11x7 baking pan.

    In a separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise and curry, then spread over the chicken.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

    While chicken is baking, combine bread crumbs, cheese and Italian seasoning.

    Melt butter.

    When the timer is finished, pull chicken out of the oven, uncover and pour bread crumb mixture over the top of the chicken, then top with melted butter.

    Place back in the oven and bake for 30 minutes longer.

    Serve with rice.
