- 6 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 can (10.75 Oz.) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise Or Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasonings
- 8 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
Directions

1Roll chicken breasts up and secure with a toothpick.

2Place chicken seam side down in an 11x7 baking pan.

3In a separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise and curry, then spread over the chicken.

4Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

5While chicken is baking, combine bread crumbs, cheese and Italian seasoning.

6Melt butter.

7When the timer is finished, pull chicken out of the oven, uncover and pour bread crumb mixture over the top of the chicken, then top with melted butter.

8Place back in the oven and bake for 30 minutes longer.

9Serve with rice.
