  • 450 grams digestive biscuits
  • 225 grams butter
  • 2 tins of condensed milk
  • 500 ml double cream
  • 2 large ripe Bananas
  • 50 grams chocolate (to grate)
  • 50 grams Optional: pecan nuts or prefered nuts.

Directions

    Crush the biscuits and if using the nuts aswell.

    Melt the butter on 30 second intervals in the microwave.

    Mix melted butter and biscuits together and then spread evenly into a tin.

    Chill in fridge until needed.

    Boil the tins of condensed milk for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

    Tins must be submerged in water at all times.

    Add more kettle boiled water to the saucepan when needed.

    When the toffee is cooled spread evenly over the biscuit base.

    Slice the bananas and add to the toffee.

    Next whip the cream using an electric mixer.

    When its done spread over the bananas.

    Grate chocolate and sprinkle over the cream.

    Chill in fridge until needed or serve immediately.

    Tip: To make it easier for you pre-boil tins and store upto 4 months.
