- 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire
- Boston Butt or possibly fresh pork roast (3 lbs. or possibly more double recipe)
Directions

1Rub marinate on both sides of meat.

2Wrap well in heavy duty foil.

3Be sure it is sealed so liquid won't come out.

4Chill overnight.

5Cook at 350 degrees (1 hour per lb.)

6in the foil.

7Remove from oven, pour off fat.

8After pulling apart and removing fat from meat, layer meat with bar-b-q sauce of your choice in baking dish.

9Return to oven 20-30 min.

10Cover for about half which time.
