- 1 (3 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) jar horseradish
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cube Velveeta and melt in microwave, stirring occasionally. Cook bacon until crisp and cut into small pieces.

2When Velveeta has melted, stir in bacon, horseradish (including juice) and mayonnaise.

3Quickly pour into refrigerator containers.

4Chill for 4 hours.

5Serve as a spread with crackers.
