- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. pimento cheese spread
- 3 Tbsp. horseradish
- 9 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 6 shakes Tabasco sauce
- chopped chives to taste
Directions

1Melt cheese in top of double boiler over boiling water. Combine the horseradish, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce and chopped chives.

2Stir into melted cheese.

3Pour into jar.

4Cool.

5Cover and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.

6Makes a generous pound of cheese spread.
