Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups oil
  • 34 cup soy sauce
  • 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • 2 14 teaspoons salt
  • 12 cup wine vinegar

Directions

    Blend all together in a bowl.

    Place steaks, roasts, fillets, shish kabobs, etc.

    in the marinade in the morning.

    Refrigerate.

    Grill in the evening for supper and use leftover as a basting sauce.
