- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or fresh chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Brown seasoned beef in small amount of grease; drain.

3Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Place 1 biscuit in each of 10 ungreased muffin cups; press dough up sides to edge of cup.

4Spoon hot meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Refrigerate any leftovers.
