  • 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Directions

    Brown the ground chuck, celery, onion and green pepper.

    Drain grease.

    Add the seasonings and remaining ingredients.

    Simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve on hamburger buns or use as hot dog sauce.
