  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 c. fresh corn kernels
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
