- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- black pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Brown each side of roast in frying pan.

2Mix and heat in crock-pot the last 4 ingredients.

3Add roast and cook on low heat 10 to 12 hours.

4Chop.

5Drain 2 cups of broth and add ketchup. Put chopped meat into crock-pot.

6Add broth and ketchup; cook about 2 more hours.
