- 4 to 5 lb. roast (pork or beef)
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. tomato catsup
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Wash roast and pat dry with paper towel.

2Place roast in crock-pot.

3Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.

4Cover and cook until done (4 to 5 hours).

5Cool slightly and shred with fork.
