  • 1/4 lb. white chocolate, melted (I do mine in microwave)
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • salt
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut

Directions

    Cream oleo, sugar and chocolate.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder alternately with buttermilk. Stir in nuts and coconut.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes for layers; 75 minutes for tube pan.
