  • 2 lb. beef roast
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. celery
  • Worcestershire
  • 2 lb. pork, venison or beef roast
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/2 c. catsup

Directions

    Cook all together until falling apart, about 3 hours.
