  • - ground beef
  • 3 cups onions, minced
  • 6 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 6 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 5 gal. Canned crushed tomatoes, drained
  • 2-1/2 qt. Canned kidney beans, drained, rinsed
  • 3 cups OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce

Directions

    Saute bacon in large stockpot until crisp; drain.

    Add ground beef, onion and seasonings; cook until ground beef is browned, stirring occasionally.

    Add tomatoes, beans and barbecue sauce; mix well.

    Bring to boil.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
