  • 3 lb. sirloin tip roast or more
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 family-size bottle catsup
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Cook roast and all ingredients in a large covered pan on 300° for 3 hours.

    Take out and shred with 2 forks.

    Bake, uncovered, 3 hours longer.

    Stir frequently.
