- 6 lb. chuck roast
- 2 stalks celery, chopped coarsely
- 2 onions, chopped coarsely
- 1 green pepper, chopped coarsely
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 to 2 c. ketchup
Directions

1Mix ingredients plus meat.

2Place in pan and roast at 350° for 6 hours.

3Remove beef and shred.

4Return beef to sauce.

5Serve on sandwich rolls.
