Barbecue Beef Lasagna

  • 60 each lasagna noodles, partially cooked
  • 3 qt. tomato sauce
  • 3 qt. Barbecue Beef with OPEN PIT
  • 3 cups OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
  • 1-1/2 qt. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3-3/4 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 qt. PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese

Directions

    Place one layer of of lasagna noodles on bottom of full hotel pan (use half hotel pan for trial recipe).

    Mix tomato sauce, OPEN PIT Barbecue Beef and barbecue sauce.

    Pour 1/3 of the tomato sauce mixture over noodles in pan; sprinkle with 1/3 of each of the shredded cheeses.

    Top with tablespoonfuls of 1/3 of the cream cheese.

    Repeat layers 2 more times.

    Bake at 325F for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.
