  • 1 large Reynolds oven bag (14 x 20-inch)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 4 sandwich rolls

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Shake flour in oven bag and place in large baking pan.

    Add barbecue sauce and chili powder and squeeze bag to blend.

    Add onion and beef; turn bag to coat.

    Tie off bag and bake for 45 minutes.

    Divide mixture evenly onto rolls.
